Up to 15 minutes in length.
Produced on or after 1 May 2023.
Subtitles in English or traditional Chinese.
The film must not have won a microfilm or short film award in Taiwan before 5 June 2024, if the prize money (or equivalent monetary value) is more than NZ$30,000.
